Why it exists
To demonstrate how a careers page and hiring system for PWC could work. Nothing submitted here is used to recruit anyone.
What is collected
The details you type into the form and, if you attach one, your CV. The form does not ask for your age, birth date, civil status, religion, government ID numbers or a photo; the CV reader skips them even if your CV includes them.
Where it is held
On a cloud server in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1); traffic passes through Cloudflare. That is a cross-border transfer, which is why real personal data should not be submitted here.
Who can see it
No one receives it. The staff screens of this demo are reachable by anyone who opens the demo's HR login, which is why real submissions are masked on staff screens, cannot be hired, and are deleted.
How long it is kept
Unless you used a sample CV and sample details, your submission is deleted from this site within 24 hours, including before any release backup is taken.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, and you may complain to the National Privacy Commission. To exercise them, contact Alt Innovations at [email protected], quoting your reference.
